Company A
They wanted to make their internal telephone directory and Quality Manuals accessible to all their employees. They also wanted to be able to keep the directory and the manuals up to date easily. This was easily solved - only certain users could update the information via their browser but all the employees could access the data to search and display the data.
Company B
They wanted to hold their supplier, catalogue and product records. When one of their customers rings, enquiring about a product, they wanted to be able to automatically email the suppliers of that product asking for a quote. This was solved using our development tool with the added bonus that they could carry on their business when visiting customers abroad.
Company C
They have a small number of representatives out on the road and the company would like to have up-to-the-minute feedback on customer visits. A simple customer database was required, which could be updated by the representative at the hotel, during the day, in the evening or from home. Back in the office, any follow-ups could be organised quickly with all the appropriate client data available. Once again, our development tool can provide the answer.
